Enrique joined KidZania in May 2005 as a Content Manager just when the company was starting its expansion to international markets. Soon after joining, he helped to develop the company’s international business division, elaborating the documentation and presentation and training materials that would later be used by KidZania franchisees to implement their businesses locally. As the company’s first franchise manager, Enrique was the liaison between the company’s headquarters and the franchises abroad. Under Enrique’s supervision, KidZania opened its Tokyo, Jakarta, Lisbon, Koshien, Dubai and Seoul facilities, while supporting 10 more facilities in different development phases. In 2011, Enrique left the franchise division of the company with a new responsibility as Head of Global Communications under the Global Marketing division. Given his 10+ years of experience across different divisions within KidZania, in 2014 Enrique was appointed as Chief of Staff, supporting administrative, financial and operational activities for the organization’s President, as well as acting as a point of contact between the company’s top management and collaborators, franchisees and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining KidZania, Enrique held various Creative, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations roles in medium-sized companies within the IT, broadcasting and film sectors.
